Up´s and down´s
I feel kind of defeated. Alot of the thing I set up to do failed. After Spira is over, in february, I will list every attempt and tell you everything. Right now I feel like I am off the horse, laying on the ground and tonight I don´t have the strenght to jump back on it. But tomorrow I´m on again!

Heja Cecilia :-))
I´m so sorry to hear that my friend...
I think we all have shitty times now and then...I have.
"What don´t kill you...makes you stronger" as they say...And tomorrow is another day, girl...So rush down and buy yourself a new strong horse...
oh no not good to hear. we all have days like this i think. they are best surrounded by those you love and love you back : )
and just so you know you inspire me to follow my dreams and not give up. although stuck in a very full on day job sometimes there is little time for my dreams and progress is slow but i keep trying because of people like you x
The up and the unavoidable down... here's hoping things turn around for you soon and something brilliantly unexpected brightens your day.
Sandra: tack:)jag gottade mig i soffan med choklad!
alexandra: uha, voooodoo. varför är det alltid gubbar? tack för länken.

The thing is that I thought it might be easier out there. I mean, I expected ruff but still... no one wants to work with someone straight from school. I just want to scream: Come on, trust my ability! Especially when I for the first time in life 100% trust my own ability!!
Thank you for being out there:)
I know how difficult finding work can be. I've been really bold by bothering one of my teachers who was an art director in a multimedia firm. I told him I could do anything, even scan images. At one point, that's what he needed and that's how I started, by scanning images, and for a very poor salary. But I ended up doing all the coloration for a museum multimedia show. I've been working since then. Sometimes, you have to take some detours to do what you want to do. Maybe a free internship somewhere? Don't give up, you have so much talent!
Love the photo you took to express how you felt.
p.s. the salary is a bit better but not much :)
Keep your chin up Cecilia and just remember that there was a time when you thought you'd never be where you are now. Graduated with your MFA, beautiful body of work gorgeous family..... There's no doubt you'll make it you are so devoted, so talented, so original.
all in all you rock and don't forget it and don't let them(potential clients) either.
