Weekword: hiding

Ok, weekword hiding. I´m not hiding! Above you can see lousey watercolor drawing from last post.
Below you can see new angle of attack. Draw with pencil first, then watercolor. Perhaps this will work better for me, if not,I will hide! (It is the same photo I´ve been using!)
Oh, and this post is hiding the fact that I didn´t draw my weekword this weekend. Go to Linda Sues to see who atually did!

Looking forward to seeing the results.

Do you have any tips for scanning in pencil sketches and watercolours? I can never get them to look like the original.

I don't think the painting is lousy at all - I quite like it! Is seems to me that the face is hiding diffedrent persona ... different personalities ...

ses?

clare: actually thesde are photos. but when I scan I use the settings for ilklustration or color image, even though it´s black/white. and i use 300 dpi resolution. I think it´s ok. Usually I open the image in photoshop and get rid of the background, that makes it better.
good luck!
aNAIRAM: YOU ARE TO NICE:)
