Testing new paper!

New markers and testing a new new paper (canson bristol), it has a very smooth surface that I´m not sure that I like. I´m trying to find a good thicker marker paper, anyone got a tip?

it looks great cecilia!
as for paper, my favorite is Daler Rowney heavy weight papier dessin epais/ 220 g/m. i love the feel of it, the ivory / off white colour and it takes pretty much any marker without bleeding on the back :)

I've been using Canson medium 300gsm and that's been quite good. It doesn't have that sumptuous feel though... I've been thinking of experimenting with different types too. Will let you know if I find one :) K

the canson bristol is nice! there are two finishes, the vellum and the smooth... i think the vellum has a bit more tooth to it.

gorgeous drawings and i love your new header!

thereza: dailer rowney isn´t a markers paper, or is it? havn´t tried it in such thick variant, have to go and get some:)
anairam and nathalie: thanks for liking:)
Kylie: this paper was 200 g, can imagine 300g being even better:)
Aimee: I love the vellum, thats my favourite papaer. the only problem is that it only comes in A3. the smooth comes in one bigger so I thought I`ll try it, but I am a bit dissapointed!
