Leaving the kids

Yesterday I drove the kids to Värmland and my mother. They will be staying there until monday and I´ll sure miss them. But I´m certain they will have a great time! Tryed to get my grandmother to play that instrument (anyone know the name for it?) but she said she couldn´t, I´ll bet she can...

Lovely pictures, Cecilia! That instrument is definitely a zither ("cittra"). I have one of my own and play it here:

nathalie: oh yes, beautiful little grandmother. she is so sweet:) have a good easter:)
david: mormor sa att det inte var en cittra, för de har annorlunda strängar. cittror kan hon spela på men inte denna... får fråga henne vidare!
glad påsk:)

kimberley: yep, you are right about loving them even more when they come back. I can´t belive how much I miss them when they are away!
evie: she didn´t play:( when I was a kid she used to play the zither (not this one) and i remeber it as something nice:) My grandfather on the other hand played the harmonica and all of us grandchildren dread the moments, it was awful. but the memorie of it makes me smile!
