Cuckooooonest

First bird was a drawing I made for midsummer, u can se it here. People seem to like it so I thought it would be perfect as a tray. The thing is that it´s to small. I could make it bigger in the computer but then the shapes would be all ruined. And there is also the fact that one of my teacher said that the bird had a different "language" then the rest of the drawing. Therefore I decided to copy myself.
Ha, impossible!
Second drawign became "superbird". It´s like a fat superman... and the colors didn´t turn out great. Third try and never ever will I touch that drawing again!
What is this with the impossibility to copy yourself? Have you bumped into the problem?
Still, they are kind of funny. Thinking about a whole days work and this sad result makes me laugh...

My fave is the top one...:)different language?, thats what make it good :)
If its something about a wrong size I would make it bigger in photoshop...print it and draw it again on my "light-table"...Hmm..bit boring to have to do the same thing over and over again...And no, it just don´t seem to be excact the same as the first try...hihi
Great "wave pattern"

I totally understand you... sometimes I think my sketches have more depth than my complete drawings... but sometimes I like the twist, the unexpected outcome...
I don't see nothing wrong with the first of your bird drawings...
