flirting with food

Today I almost finished the poster that I´m working with.
And I also felt an urge to share this recepie for cabbage salad:
In english:
I kg cabbage, 3 carrots, 1 red pepper, 1/2 leek
chop into as small pieces as u wish.
Boil this marinade:
1/2 dl water, 1/2 dl sugar or sweetener. (I prefer sweetener), 1 dl apple vinegar, 1/2 dl oil
Add the spices u like. Oregano, black pepper, herb salt...
Pour the marinade over the rest, while it´s still hot.
Eat it the day after, and the day after that. Or like me: every day:)

And don´t worry, This will not turn into a food blog!
