"Saturday candy became more or less a "rule", or Recommendation, during the fifties and sixties in sweden. While limiting the candy eating to one day a week the caries couldn´t damage the childrens teeths as heavy as before."- It works! And it also works well for my sweet teeth!

ReplyDeleteNathalie: these elves will do as many things there not supposed to do until christmas, seems as if they think that should give them more presents then behaving good!
ReplyDeleteAnge: hmm, on birthdays they are allowed! I use it more as a recommendation then a rule, but I know people that keeps to it like a rule. It´s very good to use as a threath/bribe: if u don´t behave u won´t get any candy on saturday!
BUT small kids can´t keep track of the days, so if I would tell them that today where saturday they would belive me:P
