Old roses

The woman that sells flower near by my home is always looking strange at me when I ask her for old flowers. Why do you want them old? She asked me this morning. -I´m drawing them so I want them to have more character, new roses are to perfect, I answered.
She smiled. Now she knows.

    i'm smiling too. I find flowers to be interesting at all stage of their life, from bud to fallen petals. Just like us :)
