Ah! I'm going through a similar thing here--we have black widows in so many outdoor nooks. I found one on the underside of my boys toy truck. Gives me the creeps.
When skies are grey: When I think of ticks I get really scared but when u mentioned this problem of yours, mine got in some different perspective... BLACK WIDOW! I can´t imagine living where there are so dangerous animals, but I suppose u get use to them?!
Outside it´s raining and for once it´s ok. Yesterday my son got a tick and now I´m so scared to let them play outside.
